Royston Turquoise + Sterling Silver Beaded Necklace

£320.00

SOLD OUT

Description

Handmade sterling silver necklace featuring a beautiful piece of Royston Turquoise mined in Nevada.

The Royston stone sits in a primitive looking hand cut and hand stamped setting which has been hand aged for that heirloom lived in look.

Strung on a strand of handmade recycled glass trade style beads selected in colours to compliment the stone.

Featuring 2 large handmade stamped sterling silver beads.

Necklace fits easily over the head for ease of wear.

Stone size- 29mm x 22mm / 1.15” x 0.87”

Overall pendant size- 55mm x 42mm / 2.16” x 1.65”

Stamped KM on reverse.

Strung on a length of jewellers spun steel to ensure your necklace doesn’t snap with wear.
The steel is flexible like a heavy yarn.

Initially your necklace ‘may’ pinch your hair when putting on and taking off your necklace, this is due to the irregular sized glass beads being tightly beaded together and this will ease as the yarn relaxes.

All my silver pieces are very limited, should the item you choose be out of stock at the time of ordering please contact me to discuss options. As the stones and beads within this piece are natural and hand cut, please expect slight variation in shade and shape. I have an ever changing supply of stones sourced from a small group of trusted dealers and mines and therefore custom orders are possible. Prices vary due to the carat, type and rarity of the stone, also due to the amount and weight of sterling used in each piece.

Traditional jewellery making techniques are used to make all pieces- piercing, shaping, stamping, soldering, stone setting and polishing etc are all done by me and by hand. No mass made cookie cut production here. Each piece will be different to the next and this is what makes every piece unique.
